How does delivery work?

After you've chosen and ordered your kennel, all you have to do is sit back and relax. Your new kennel will be delivered to your front door within 10 working days - it's that simple if you selected free delivery or 5 working days for express

You don't need to be home for delivery, and you don't need to help unload - pretty easy! Your kennel will be placed in your front yard, ready for your furry best friend to hop in.

Don't forget to measure your gates and doors to make sure your kennel fits!

If you have locked gates, high fences, anything that prevents the driver from delivering, please contact us prior to ordering as this will be considered 'restricted yard access.'

Oh, and did I mention all kennels are delivered for FREE within 200kms of Ballarat?
