Covid 19 and Delivery

 

 

Because of the ever changing Covid situation, we cannot deliver to the city of Greater Melbourne. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

So what does that mean? How do we deliver?

The driver will arrive at your house, unload the kennel and leave immediately. Feel free to give the driver a wave from your window - I'm sure they'd love it - but please don't come out, if you need to speak to the driver please stay 2m away. 

Refunds and/or exchanges

Due to Covid19 we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. Covid19 is sneaky and will take any opportunity to spread further, this is just another way we are doing our bit to ensure it stays in the naughty corner!

If you are unsure on sizing please contact us. We see thousands of fur babies snuggle up in our kennels, we will be able to give you some awesome size suggestions.
